This is the perfect introduction to ancient Japanese traditions. Invented in Edo period, the unique and precise rituals of the tea ceremony are still a great experience both for foreigners and native Japanese, even in modern Japan. Let's experience a real traditional tea ceremony in Japan!

You, along with friends and students from Asahi Nihongo, will have the opportunity to wear a traditional Japanese yukata (summer kimono) and drink several varieties of high quality tea from Japan.

The instructor shows you how to act during a traditional ceremony. Learn how to prepare and serve tea to your friends and take lots of photos of the best moments as souvenirs. ^o^
