Kyushu no Mura (“The village of Kyushu”) is a unique business that organizes green tourism events on Kyushu. Guests can experience the rural life of Japan’s southern main island in a beautiful green environment. Hiking and experiencing Kyushu’s natural treasures is only one of many incredible possibilities. Communication with the locals, cooking and eating together as well as the chance to try Japanese arts and crafts are another aspect that sets Kyushu no Mura apart from other tour organizers. It is the perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to experience the rural and traditional Japan, away from big cities and metropolitan areas.
For applicants, the project offers an insight into the planning, development and management of village areas and communities, including tourism, human resource management, marketing strategies and the creation of business connections and contacts. This internship is a great opportunity for those seeking to enhance their personal experiences with local Japanese culture, nature and traditions.
Working hours: 10:00- 17:00 (flexible; depends on business trips)
Holidays: 2 days a week (according to agreement)
