Two of our students from Germany attended today’s monthly tea ceremony class at the Fukuoka International House in Nakasu. It was the first time for both of them to wear Yukata. They really look lovely in their Yukata, do they not? They enjoyed some small Japanese sweets called Wagashi before learning how to drink Matcha sophisticatedly. Next month’s class will be held on July 21 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. You will have the chance to meet some other Japanese students learning tea ceremony.
