Monja yaki is a Japanese food that is similar to Okonomi yaki.
The difference is that Monja yaki is Tokyo style, whereas Okonomi yaki is Osaka or Hiroshima style!
It is made from cabbage, water, flour and other delicious ingredients such as vegetables, octopus, and shrimp.
We really enjoyed eating while talking and having fun.
You should try it, it is very delicious and there are several flavors for everyone tastes!
