Space Science Work Shop

This event is intended for Japanese children up to elementary school and their parents, though everyone is invited to join and learn more about our universe!

~ For Foreign Students ~
Learn about science, math and engineering in Japanese while meeting Japanese parents and children. Since you learn only basic Japanese in class, this event is the perfect opportunity to expand your vocabulary on a topic that facsinates young and old all over the world.

~ For Children ~
How do you go to the outer space? What do you do there? I have a dream of becoming an astronaut, but what should I do? We will show you the secrets of our magnificent universe and the science behind. In addition, you can learn useful communication skills for school and your future from real astronauts – “Never give up”, “How to make dreams come true”, “Cooperation in teams”.

~ For Parents ~
Many techniques introduced in our “Space Science Work Shop” can be applied to your own work place or at home. Learn about new “parenting methods” to broaden your horizon and grow as an adult.
