We Tried Shabu Shabu

Two weeks ago, students from our school tried Shabu Shabu in Tenjin.

Shabu Shabu is a popular hot pot dish in Japan. Thinly sliced beef meat (chicken, pork or seafood is also common) is boiled in the hot pot together with different kind of vegetable. Usually, a group up to six people can share a pot together.  The taste of the soup may also vary from sweet to lightly salted to spicy. That is why the pot is divided, so you might try out two different soups. As you can see, there are many different ways to enjoy Shabu Shabu!

Our students had a great time together and had the chance to improve their German and English or Japanese. ごちそうさまでした!
